Opis

CentoVision je pažljivo dizajniran da otkrije genetsku osnovu očnih bolesti, uključujući one koje su vodeći uzroci sljepoće među novorođenčadi (Leberova kongenitalna amauroza), djecom (ranopočetna retinitis pigmentosa) i odraslima (distrofija uzorka). Panel obuhvata najčešće bolesti u oftalmologiji, kao što su kongenitalni glaukom, retinitis pigmentosa, Stargardtova bolest, Sticklerov sindrom, akromatopsija i Usherov sindrom, između ostalih. Također, vrši skrining za različite tipove albinizma (okulokutani i okularni), kao i za Hermansky–Pudlakov sindrom.
