Specialist in General Surgery

Specialist in general surgery with extensive clinical experience in breast surgery and abdominal surgery. He is professionally engaged at the Department of Glandular Surgery, University Clinical Centre Sarajevo, where he works in the field of breast and thyroid surgery.

Throughout his career, he has further advanced his expertise in breast surgery abroad, including training in Milan and Pavia (Italy), as well as through collaboration with international experts at the University Clinical Centre Sarajevo. He has participated in the Sarajevo Oncology School.

In his clinical practice, he provides consultations and specialist examinations in general surgery, multidisciplinary consultations, as well as diagnostic and minor surgical procedures on the breast and soft tissues, including biopsies, drainage procedures, excisions of skin and subcutaneous lesions, surgical treatment of benign breast and axillary conditions, and surgical management of malignant breast diseases with appropriate lymph node dissection and histopathological analysis of specimens.
