Payments can be made using debit, credit, and business cards issued by domestic and international banks: Visa and MasterCard. In addition to one-time payments, our users have the option of installment payments in accordance with your bank's terms and conditions.
Voluntary Health Insurance Policy
We cooperate with all domestic and foreign insurance companies that offer voluntary health insurance services. Please check with your insurer about the scope and possibility of using ASA Hospital's services based on your selected insurance package.
Mandatory Health Insurance Booklet
We are currently in negotiations with health insurance funds to reach an agreement that will allow you to access certain services at our hospital. Once we achieve an official agreement, ASA Hospital will inform the public and our patients about the new opportunities.
The Cantonal Health Insurance Fund in Bosnia and Herzegovina covers the costs of diagnostics and treatment in private healthcare institutions to varying extents, in accordance with internal rules and procedures.
Pre-paid Services
We offer special benefits for ASA Hospital users who choose one of our pre-paid packages. In the case of unused funds, ASA Hospital will process a refund.
Gift Voucher
