How to download and use the app
Download the app. Download the ASA Health app directly through the link for your device:

then click Download / Install.Create your user profile. Enter the requested personal and contact information and follow the on-screen steps. Use accurate information so your profile can be linked to ASA Hospital records.
Sign in. After registration, sign in using your login details.
How to book an appointment
Select “Book an appointment”. This option is available on the app’s home screen.
Find the service you need. Search by specialty, appointment type or symptom, or browse the list of departments and commonly booked services.
Choose a doctor. Select your preferred doctor or choose the earliest available appointment regardless of doctor.
Select the appointment type. Choose the reason for your visit, consultation, diagnostic procedure or another available service.
Choose a date and time. View the earliest available slots or use the calendar to select a specific date.
Review your details. Check the department, doctor, appointment type, date, time, location, payment information and cancellation terms.
Confirm the appointment. Select “Confirm appointment”. The booking confirmation will appear in the app.
View and manage appointments
The app allows you to review upcoming and previous appointments, including the doctor, department, date, time and booking status. Available options for changing or cancelling an appointment are shown in the booking details.
Medical results and documentation
Through the app, you can access available medical results, doctors’ reports, test results, diagnostic documents and other medical documentation. Documents become visible once they are finalized and recorded in the ASA Hospital system. You may receive an app notification when a new document becomes available.
Data security
Access to medical documentation is additionally protected. The app may request your password, identity confirmation or biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, when enabled on your device.

Yes. The ASA Health app is free to download and use.
Which devices are supported?
The app is available for Android and iOS devices.
Can I pay for my appointment through the app?
Payment arrangements depend on the selected service and the options available in the app. Information entered during booking may help speed up administration when you arrive.
Why can’t I see my medical result?
A result becomes available after it has been finalized, recorded and linked to your user profile.
Is my information secure?
Access is protected by login credentials and additional authentication, including a password or the biometric security features of your device.
