ASA Bolnica is the first private general hospital in Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing secondary healthcare services with plans to establish expand into a range of selected tertiary healthcare services.

Spanning 36,000 m², the hospital features 180 hospital beds across seven floors, 10 operating rooms, 15 outpatient clinics, and a committed team of 267 employees in its early development phase.
We aim to develop centers of excellence and establish the hospital’s recognition in the following areas:
- Maternal and child health
- Minimally invasive therapies in a multidisciplinary environment
- Quality and safety
The clinical management of ASA Bolnica is lead by Medical University Vienna International, whose renowned medical experts are permanent members of our clinical team. Their involvement ensures the highest standards of healthcare service, as well as quality and safety management in line with international standards.
The establishment of ASA Bolnica is a key component of the long-term strategy for diversification and business development within ASA Group in the healthcare sector. This initiative has led to, the creation of ASA Medical, a healthcare group that, not only includes the newly founded hospital, also manages a network of EuroFarm specialist outpatient clinics and laboratories, across 13 locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Our leading specialists collaborate closely with counterparts at the General Hospital in Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna International, fostering a close and intensive medical and professional relationship. This collaboration enables experts from the Medical University of Vienna International to support ASA Bolnica through the ASA medical and scientific committee, as well as in daily clinical practices.
Additionally, this partnership will allow for the seamless transfer of patients from ASA Bolnica to the General Hospital in Vienna for specialized treatment not available in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
