Neurosurgery Specialist

Prim. Edin Hajdarpašić, md is a neurosurgery specialist, head of the department of General and Spinal Neurosurgery. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sarajevo, where he also completed his neurosurgery residency at the KCUS Clinic for Neurosurgery. He continued his clinical career as a neurosurgery specialist at KCUS and at the General Hospital "Prim. Dr. Abdulah Nakaš", and since 2016 has served as Head of the Department of General and Spinal Neurosurgery at the KCUS Clinic for Neurosurgery. He has long-standing experience across all areas of neurosurgery, with particular expertise in complex spinal operations. He pursued professional development through numerous international education and training programmes (Austria, Slovenia, Germany, Turkey, Switzerland and others), and is an active participant in numerous national and international neurosurgical congresses and symposia. He serves as a practising expert in Neuroanatomy at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST) and is a member of the Association of Neurosurgeons of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
