Nataša Turuntaš, MD

Specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Dr. Nataša Turuntaš graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of East Sarajevo. She gained her first professional experience at the Department of Anatomy of her alma mater, where she worked as an assistant from 2003 to 2005. She completed her specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Military Medical Academy and the Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade, where she acquired significant experience and skills in this field.

Her areas of interest include clinical examinations, diagnostics, and surgical treatment of benign and malignant skin and soft tissue lesions of the face and body, hand surgery, burn treatment and post-burn care, scar management, and chronic wound care.

She continuously enhances her expertise by participating in domestic, regional, and international seminars in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She actively supports the Euromelanoma campaign. Dr. Turuntaš has authored and co-authored professional and scientific articles in the fields of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.

With over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years as a specialist, she has worked in both the public and private healthcare sectors. She is fluent in English, enabling effective communication with both local and international patients.
