Sabina Sadović, MD, MSc

Member of the Urology Association of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

She is the first woman to specialize in urology in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Her professional career began at the Urology Clinic of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo as a urologist. Prior to that, she worked as a resident physician in urology at the Urology Clinic of KCUS and as a secondary physician at the Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of KCUS. During the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while studying, she was engaged at the Clinic for Otorhinolaryngology.

She specializes in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic urological interventions, prostate biopsies, managing emergency conditions in urology, ultrasound of the urinary tract, TRUS, and urodynamic testing of female patients with urinary issues, as well as endoscopic and open urological surgical procedures.

She defended her master’s thesis on January 29, 2013, at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sarajevo, titled "Hydronephrosis as a Prognostic Factor in Patients with Invasive Bladder Cancer."

She is the author and co-author of ten published articles and has participated in numerous international and national congresses in the field of radiology, with a total of 25 articles and poster presentations.
