Esmir Kavazović, MBA 

Member of the Umbrella Organization for Care and Social Affairs of the City of Vienna and a member of the Association for Senior Medical Personnel in the Republic of Austria.

He has worked in several clinics in Vienna, including "St. Elizabeth Hospital," in the departments of general surgery, internal medicine, and oncology, as well as in the Evangelical Hospital in Vienna, in the departments of surgery, internal medicine, and intensive care. For many years, he held the position of care manager and director of nursing at Vienna’s "Hilfswerk," as well as manager and director of nursing at "Malteser Care" in Vienna. He was also involved in establishing clinical studies in collaboration with "Hoffmann La Roche" at the University Clinic in Graz and later in Vienna.

A long-standing member of the Board of Directors of the organization "VAKOE," Austria's oldest institution for people with developmental disabilities. He has published several works on the topics of care and healthcare (the social study "Migration and Health" with colleagues in Austria).
